From their naps to their playtime, the zoo babies have inspired the quietest of "ohhhhhhs!" and the largest of "awwwws!" and they can be found at two of Western Washingtons zoos.
We already told you about Woodland Parks baby wallaby Joey who can sometimes be spotted poking out of moms pouch.
The zoo has also seen two penguins hatch recently, on April 3 and 5.

How to find your lost dog

Its always a happy story to hear that an owner has been reunited with a lost dog - and fortunately it took a little less than 24 hours for an 11-month-old golden retriever to be reunited with her 11-year-old best friend in Capitol Hill.
How did it happen so fast? Zophie (the retriever pictured right with best friend as posted on the Capitol Hill blog) was found after the owners called the Seattle Lost Pets number (206)386.7387, and blanketed their neighborhood with flyers as well as checking in with shelters that might have given a found dog an overnight home (like the Seattle Animal Shelter.)
Lucky for her, Zophie was found a by vet that also worked at the Seattle Animal Shelter.
This dog was microchipped too - a common safeguard more and more folks are taking to insure pets and owners can be reunited if theyre ever separated.
