Seahawks executive Will Lewis to leave team
By 710Sports.com staff
Will Lewis is leaving the Seahawks after 13 years in the team's front office.
ESPN's Adam Schefter first reported the news. The team has confirmed Lewis' impending departure to 710 ESPN Seattle but did not comment on the reason.
Lewis, 54, has held the title of vice president of football operations since 2010, when the Seahawks hired general manager John Schneider and head coach Pete Carroll. Prior to that, Lewis was the team's director of pro personnel. He came to the team in 1999, following Mike Holmgren from Green Bay.
