SEATTLE (AP) - The Mariners are making some roof repairs at Safeco Field.
The retractable roof failed to close for the FanFest activities over the weekend because of a broken axle. Operations people say they have the equipment and parts to fix the roof this week.
KING reports ( http://is.gd/BiC6KE) the stadium roof got stuck during a game in 2000 forcing a rain delay.
